Appearance (First Impressions):
Visiting Animal crossing kids for the first time is a nice and enjoyable environment. Also the logo needs to be filled in a bit more. Because it's filled with a lot of blue. Other than that I enjoyed visiting your website for the first time.
Overall mark for Appearance 18/20
Layout:
The layout is easy and fun to look at. Having a portal is defiantly a huge PLUS with a community like ACK. I enjoyed looking at everything that you have to offer in your layout. The affiliates are placed nice. Usually most people just put the code in but you made a section for it so this does look more better the way you have it nice job!

Number Of Members:
You have a good amount of members, However I think you could have a bit more. Considering the things Iv heard on how popular Animal crossing is. Maybe advertise on some websites or find some SEO programs that could help.

The number of posts you have are decent. However, With the amount of members you have you should a little bit more posts. Maybe by making posts for the members to only reply too would make my score for you to go up.

It seems that you and your staff do what your supposed to do when something comes up. Or just when someone needed a question answered. I also noticed that you guys are very professional when posting which is always a plus when viewing a website for the first time. Keep up the good work with this and I'm sure you and your site will reach it's full potential.

Activity:
ACK seems to have more staff be active than members. I suggest making sure your members have something to do besides just posting. Maybe add an arcade? Have some kind of contests for them. Also when they do an introduction it's always good to ask them questions so they get a feel of what the website is about and not just making that one post. Which makes your website seem less active and such...
