Number Of Members: 2/10 (marked out of 10)
You've been running a forum 2 months and only have 15 members. OK maybe not everyone plays animal crossing but not everybody loves the environment, and i had lots of members in 2 months with my old recycling forum. Disappointing. And in less then a week, i have 24 members on my new forum. The member count needs to improve by quite a bit if you want your forum to stay alive.
Number Of Active Members: 3/10 (marked out of 10)
Only 4 (includes myself and you) have been on today and most haven't been on for over a week. OK, this may be because of your low member count, but for a forum running for 2 months, i would expect better.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): 4/10 (marked out of 10)
Only 300 posts (5 a day by my calculations) however they aren't spam and the quality of them is OK, therefore the reason i am giving you 4.
Appearance (First Impressions): 10/20(marked out of 20)
The portal when you go to the homepage is horrible, a visitor with no knowledge of advertising sites would really dislike this and probably quit down thinking it was a reseller site with the ads. However the actual home page of the forum is fine.
Layout: 15/20 (marked out of 20)
On the portal there are some overlaps in between line and text but i see no problems with the layout of the main forum. Generally a good job there
Moderation: 8/10 (marked out of 10)
Your on your own in the staff, but you don't need any staff with your small member count. You seem to moderate fine but i as a visitor would want to know more about this 'official free giveaway' looking at some of topics
Activity: 2/10(marked out of 10)
Mainly the posts have been by you and the last time someone other than you posted was over a week ago.
Spelling and Grammar: 10/10(marked out of 10)
I see no problems here having a look around, your spelling and grammar is fine.

The appearance and layout are good but you need more members and more activity.
