I've had my dog put to sleep. He was in total misery and had so much wrong with him, it was just the humane thing to do.
Joel, how is it cruelty? If someone has a justified reason, such as the animal is suffering and will end up dying anyways, is it still wrong? Your just putting them out of their misery when this happens. Now, if someone has no reason, than it does become cruelty.Joel said:Ultimate cruelty. No way!
@dotDavid, thanks, but it says in the rules posting just to correct a word that is spelled wrong isn't welcome.dotDavid said:Euthanasia.
Same with me. I've had loads of hamsters over the years. It's sad when they do die though. Furry little buggers light up your day sometimes.Jonathan said:Never had to. I only ever had a hamster. 😛
So........ You would rather let a dog limp around who has been hit by a car and is suffering from pain every morning THAN give him a shot that will lay him to rest peacefully?Joel said:Ultimate cruelty. No way!
I can't believe you would say that. There is no way putting an animal down is cruelty. The owner wants whats best for it, and it clearly takes a toll on them to. Don't believe me? Watch this without crying, I dare you:Joel said:Ultimate cruelty. No way!
Me either man.Agentmanningctu said:That has got to be the worst job in the world. I don't know how I'd be able to do it.
I agree, but it has to be done. There are tons of jobs that seem unbearable. :/Agentmanningctu said:That has got to be the worst job in the world. I don't know how I'd be able to do it.
