animated forum ranks/awards

i was wondering if anybody of you know where i can find people or websites
that make custom awards and ranks like these on request?

ranks/buttons whatever you wanna call them

i have seen these kinda awards/ranks more often on forums , mostly non english ones
but i never see them on english forums or like people offering this kind of graphic service


or do you guys know what programs are used to make these?

Photoshop is one of the best graphical design tools for this 🙂 There a quite a few tutorials around for animating images, heres one I found particularly useful:

i know i can do that in photoshop but i am just not so advanced i can make awesome animations like in the rank images, the awards i could potentially do myself too
anyways, you mean you can make such exact type of graphics? that would be cool 😀

thanks but the link is not exactly like what you see above, above is way more advanced and to be honest i already know how to do simple animations like that in photoshop but thanks anyways
