Hey, nice layout although perhaps you've got too many forums / subforums for a brand new forum? It would probably be worth categorising them into different Genre's as opposed to each show having it's own forum.

Also I'd recommend asking your friends & Family to help get some posts on your board before continuing to promote, after all - nobody likes the sight of an empty forum ~wink~ On that note, check out Exchange Central for members who may be willing to post on your forum inreturn for you posting on theirs.

Finally, a custom logo or banner would be great - as I'm not entirely sure the IPB logo is a big "turn on" for an Anime community. Feel free to swing by our Graphics Requests section to make a request.
