Pros

For being a forum run on Forumotion your forum isn't too bad. The logo is well worked into the style and the image is clear and well made.
The layout of the forum is clean and easy to navigate.
Nice to see custom topic markers and such.
Good member count.
Cons
You have far too many categories for the amount of the posts on your board. At this current time, 4 or 5 categories is plenty.
Your theme is dark, which makes the dark red text hard to read. Using white or a lighter grey would work much better.
I suggest removing the underline on the links, it looks messy.
Your whole forum feels a bit old, it would be nice to see some fresh design and layout, gradients make a huge difference.
You have quite a few member groups, it feels a little too much this early on.
