Number of Members: 8/10 You have a good number of members for the posts made, keep advertising and asking friends to join and it will keep rising, along with more activity.
Number of Active Members: 7/10 Looking around I can see around 12 members that post regulaly, which is around half of the total members you have. This is good but try and get the other half back by sending out emails reminding them of the forum.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise): 7/10 You have over 2,000 posts so that's good, for only around 12 members active it's really good. Get some more topics open to discuss, and more topics that provide more of a discussion, other than 'Whats your favorite color' 'count to 100' and so on, they are pointless and you are better off with more topics that have a meaning.
Appearance (first impressions): 6/10 First impression on the appearance wasn't that great, the colours used are nice but it's very messy, a more sleak theme with matching graphics would be better, the banner is nice though.
Layout: 5/10 At the moment, the layout isn't very organised, try seperating the anime and manga forums from the community and general char forums, this will make the anime and manga sections more noticable, which is good seeeing as your forum is based on anime and manga. Create more of them, ones on yours and members favorite anime, seperate them in anime genres to keep each topic organized.
Moderation: 8/10 You don't seem to have too many moderators or admins, which is good you have about the right amount needed for your sized forum. Although I would remind the staff members to post and visit the forum more, as its their job to keep everything running succesfully.
Activity: 8/10 I can see that in almost all the forums have been posted in today, which is good. Get the areas that aren't so active, active by making new topics in them.
Overall mark (out of 100): 65/100 That is what I would give your forum an overall mark, it's over half, which is good but I do reccommend you get a new theme, rearrange the layout and remind members and unactive staff that they are there to do their job.
