You have a reasonable amount of members. 34 is a nice amount for an Anime forum. I really don't have any major categories to complain about so I will separate this into good and bad.

Your logo is nice and fits the rest of your forum and I think you have got a good designer.
You chose good with the skin. I think it would look better though if you put some transperitized images of Anime Characters to the left and right of the major table containing the forums.
I noticed you have not just turned everything on in the portal. I like that, it is very well organized.
Your staff are dedicated and that is a good thing, it gives you some time to rest. (But don't rest too much! )

I would suggest moving the affiliate table to the bottom, it would make it look so much nicer.
Your forums are way unorganized. Why not make Guest Feedback a subforum of feedback?
Ok, your biggest problem is your Media Section is bigger than your Anime section. You have 1 Anime forum and about two or three Media forums, you should move Anime to the top away from General since it is an Anime forum.
Don't just make Anime one forum, seperate it into different Anime sections like different Anime categories. For example, make a different forum for each Anime series.
Make a General section instead of placing it under Anime. Place General above Forum Games and it will make it look so much better.
The chatbox is kind of annoying as it bleeps in my ear every few seconds and guests will get tired of that and leave. Place your chatbox in the description of a subforum that way it is not on the index page taking up space and bleeping every time someone enters the page.
Get somebody to design you some forum images, I might even do it if you read this and PM me!
Encourage users to post! Make contests and stuff and they will love competing.
I tell this to everyone, I have not noticed it but just to make sure you keep doing it use proper grammar. I'm sure you've heard it, but it works. Nobody likes it when the rules are posted like "nO sPam, no breaking rules, no being bad to moderators". It will make you look like you rush your posts and don't care about what they are seeing.
I know changes can be hard but they help. When a person looks at a forum well organized and in a good position, they will join and post. 😀
