Hi, it says it is the "Review Information" thread in the paragraph directly under "Full-Forum Review." You might think, but that doesn't apply to blog reviews, but under "Blog Review" it says this:

All other regulations still apply that apply to the forum review, minus the activity requirements.

I hope that clears things up.
