Another CoD Forum?

So I have some great ideas for a call of duty forum, and I really think I could make it work. What I want to know is do you guys think it would be a good investment for me? I plan on investing a good bit of change into it, and probably getting premium/custom theme(s) for it. What do you think?
Also, will probably make this into a forum network sort of thing with my promotion forum 🙂
