I'm trying to add Recaptcha but I am getting a error. (You can see it at the bottom of the contact page)

I am following this: http://code.google.com/apis/recaptcha/docs/php.html

It says my error is on line 4 this is what is on my line 4.

Can someone help me?

I got a friend to help me on msn. I got a error still to fix. I have to get it where people have to use it before they click submit and stuff. 😛 But this can be locked now and solved.
