First Impressions - (Out of 20)
The first thing that I really saw was the way the forum sort of glowed. That blue color against that black and whiteish color really made the forum look kind of glowing. Another thing that I liked about your review is that the portal does not make it look horrible. Many people, when they add portals, make the forum look horrible. It takes someone like you to use the portal to your advantage. I also love how you have the SOTW on the portal with your news, calandar, statistics, and awards. Great job with your first appearance! I would not change it for anything!

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The layout of the site itself was a little hard to work. Some of the text did not fit in the menu and I would try to fix that. I also had to take about 3 minutes to find out how to get to the forum itself. I missed something, or something is not in the right spot. I would fix that too.
For the forum, the forum looks great and a lot of the forums are in their place. I would take out the Affliates and add them into the portal or a scrolling bar at the bottom. It just makes sense to have them around the forum and not a forum for themselves. Another thing is the forum discriptions. These are always tricky and can trip up a forum if they don't look that great. I see a lot of "do this here" and "post this here!" around the discriptions. This is not a great way to do your forum discs. I would go with something a little more creative, like "Can't find where to post something? Look around this forum!".

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
The forum was opened 1.18.09. The topic of the forum is an all discussion forum. The forum has 122 members with 5,580 posts. Your forum is doing a relivly good job. It has been opened almost 4 months now and already over a hundred members and 5,500+ posts. I would say that your forum is running at a great pace at the moment. This is one of the fastest growing forums I have ever seen. keep up the great work mate!

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You currently employ 3 admins and 2 moderators. This is considered a minor overstaffment. You have about 122 members. You should have AT MAX, 2 admins and 3 moderators. I would move one of the admins down to a moderator. I would wait until you are grown enough (1000-1250 members) to add him back as an admin. You don't want your forum to be too overstaffed.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
The spelling and grammar of your forum is kind of off. Some of the category titles capitolize 'and', that should not be capitolised. Also, many of your forum discriptions are missing periods, have smilies in them, and have the word 'and' capitolized again. I would look back over those and correct them to make your forum look a little more professional. Other than that, good job.

Final Remarks: Your forum has a lot of potential. It has been open for 4 months, and you already have many members, posts, and activity. I would watch for overstaffment and such tho. You are doing great so far!
