Number Of Members: - 8/10 - You opened the second of December and have 51 Members a day. That means you are getting about one and a half members per day on average. You are going pretty well at this rate, and I suggest to keep up the advertisement systems you are using so you can continue this.
Number Of Active Members: - 7/10 - It appears as if a lot of your members are staying, and a bunch of them have over 100 posts. I'd say you have a decent amount of active members.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): - 8/10 - You've been going at a steady pace with your posts, and I don't think anything should be changed there. Maybe open up a few contests, get to know some of your members, make your forum seem active, etc.
Appearance (First Impressions): - 8/10 - You could choose a different style if you wanted to, although I think the style right now has a great feel to it.
Layout: - 9/10 - Great layout on your forum! The only thing I would suggest is to change your 'General Anime and Manga' forum to 'Anime and Manga'. Since you only have one forum under this category, you might as well remove the word 'General'.
Moderation: - 10/10 - Both of your administrators at your site seem to be extremely active. I don't see any problem with your Staff team at all, and I would assume they take care of things quickly.
