Number Of Members: (5/10)
Your forum has 91 members, this is ok, but considering the amount of time your forum has been open and the fact that its an advertisement forum this is not as good as it could be. To get more members you need to first sort out your forums, you lack the certain professional touch needed, i will explain more about this in other parts of the review. If you want more members, give them a reason to join, something that only your forums has.
Number Of Active Members: (6/10)
It looks like only half (if not less) are active at times on your forum, i looked in the members list and half of the people have joined and never posted. If you want your forum to be more active like other forums, think of something original to offer your members, and you have ti make members want to come back, try makeing contest where you can offer the members good for a winning prize. You should aim to ave at least 10 people (members) to post on your forum a day.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (6/10)
Your forum has 824 post, considering the amount of members you have it should be more, non of your members have over 90 post, most of them have about 5-30 post witch is not that good, you need again to give your members reason to post around your forum and increase there post count, this would be another time you can use a contest to get members to post.
Appearance (First Impressions):(5/10)
BAD, the fact that you have a .tk domain now is a put off at onec, ask anyone. Try going with a .co.cc, they do not force ads and people don't mind them so much for a .co.cc go to http://.co.cc . Also your logo does not match your header of your forum, if you want a nicer logo go to the forum promotion graphics team and request. Now i do like the skin, its one of the nicer ones you have picked and i hope you stick with this one.

It looks ok, but this is where unprofessional comes to mine, forums like "FORUM ASKER" and "POSTS FOR YOU" does not look pro at all, also why are them to in caps lock? it just does not look right, i see you took my advice a while back and made use of sub-section, this is better and does make you forum seem less crowded.
Moderation: (5/10)
You have way to many moderators for the amount of active members you have and 3 admin? i can understand if your forum was as good as forum promotion you would need about 2 admin but on a forum your size one admin could run it all them selfs to be fair. I think you should not heir any more staff un till you get more popular. Your forum seems quite in order but still theres not need for all the mods.

What can i say that i have not already said, to get more active you need to give members a reason to visit. Maybe you and some of your staff can put some ideas together?
