Yeah I am not into QnAs either, but there are definitely people out there who are.
Some recommendations... I would recommend that you create a banner for your forum. The top/header is a little dull and could use a logo or a banner.
I also noticed that a lot of your forums have 0 posts, 0 topics. You need to fix this. Create lots of threads that are Q&As and start up discussion threads.

See what I mean? Unless people are your friend, as of right now, they will not be inclined to join the site because there is not much content on it. I do understand that you opened it 3 days ago (July 4), but some active threads would be great.
Even if you post some small stuff, the overall post count being larger would help you get more members.
I love simple styles, so that is fine, but there could be some more detail in some of the images. Some of the buttons (like the red one in the first forum) are a little choppy around the sides and could be a little smoother.
I know I criticized you a lot here, but if you keep working on it and get criticized your site will develop more and maybe become a great website!
