Anti cancer fruits and herbs

I have been noticing that there is a hype on anti cancer fruits and herbs. Take for example the soursop, it can prevent cancer. You can eat the ripe fruit just like how you normally eat it and it’s fortifies your body against cancer. Dragon fruit is also in the same genre that prevents cancer when you eat it. Some herbs like mint has anti cancer properties that when taken regularly would strengthen your cells to fight cancer. Do you believe in those hype or are they for commercial benefits only?
 
I'm wondering if multi vitamins or some other supplement would be just as good, but some say the real thing is always better.
 
I have read an article few months back regarding the benefits of fruits to prevent cancer and all sorts of diseases. But leafy green vegetables are also very helpful for your health along with nuts and seeds.
 
They say sweating is also good - as it clean out toxins.
 
I recently heard that something called Vitamin B17 could help cure cancers. Though modern medical literature has time and again proved beyond reasonable doubt that these claims are false (and subsequently banned the marketing of B17 - why? they have even taken it down fro textbooks), I am told that naturopathy specialists continue to use them from natural sources like almonds and peanuts.
