Try SiteFrost (http://www.sitefrost.com/). All you need to do is post 10 posts for a good hosting deal. Once they set up your account you can use fantastico for your phpBB installation.

Sitefrost is good but fantastico is useless as they never have updated phpBB3.

Don't forget they have Installatron which always has the updated version of phpBB 🙂
