Any good solutions to stop sibling rivalry?

Set some boundaries that work for both sides.
My sister used to be awful to me with bullying and fighting (physically) and now she can't remember any of that and is very loving toward me. It's as if once she had her own kids, she became a different person and treats me entirely different.
