Any ideas as to where I can promote my web hosting company?

Hello everyone.

I was wondering if you could help me.
I've just set up a new web hosting company called Noble Cloud Hosting.

However, do any of you have any ideas how I can advertise/promote my services for free. I don't want to use expensive services such as Google Adwords but neither do I want to spam forums. Do you guys know of any forums I can advertise on, or any other forms of free advertising. Thanks. 🙂

http://www.free-webhosts.com - assuming you have some sort of free option, you'll get away with it.

host4free used to be around, and that used to be big for hosting.
