I dont care about the packages but the features has to be of top level. I tried googling but couldnt find what I am looking for. Please tell me if you know any, they must be reliable.

My forum is with host4post they have been pretty reliable, but they have had some downtime, but if there is going to be downtime they usually post about it in their forums shortly before it happens.
