Overall a pretty nice forum. My main criticism would be that the stats area is way too big- cut it down so that you only have the important stuff on the main page.... 🙂

Okay, thanks! May I ask your opinion on our banner at the top that says join us? Should we keep it up or take it down? Some say keep some say it's annoying.

The "register now" thing you have you should keep it, but delete the images and instead give the visitor a reason to register, other than that i think the MSN theme you have going on gives me the impression of social forum, which is great and it looks great keep it up!
