Anyone Have A YouTube Channel?

yes I do 🙂 it's an gaming channel. It's been some time since I last did an video. What the problem is that I spent so much time doing it for very low amount of subs and views. gave up many times. got no time for it yet anyway
I am in a similar boat, I love making videos but me being a perfectionist everything has to be just right and some of my older stuff is just chucked together and half done..
Today one of my old gaming videos got to 20,000 views which is pretty cool as its a Star Trek one haha
my channel was a gaming channel but has switched to a vlogging channel all of which I am not proud of. I find my videos tacky but still.

I don't have one since I'm not a narcissist. I typically won't watch YouTube videos of people just talking into the camera about whatever random opinions are clanging around in their heads (I think they're called vlogs). I deal with enough people who want to be the center of attention in the real world so that's the last thing I want to watch on YouTube. I use YouTube for music videos & movie trailers mainly.
Although I respect your opinion, I would like to say you come across a little angry with your posts. That being said, YouTube has become jobs for many and allows those that like to create a platform to show their content. Vloggers are annoying but it really depends on which ones you watch.
The process of making, editing and publishing videos are very time consuming, and that is the purpose of this thread to see each other's work. If you are here to put people down then I would not post. but I do respect that some do not like YouTube and want to voice there opinions.

I can't ever remember being angry while expressing my opinions in any given thread here. I might of had an unpopular opinion once or twice but it wasn't fueled by anger, it was just me saying how I felt on the matter.

That was what I was thinking, I am only pointing out that it can come across differently because you really believe in your views which is perfectly fine.

It's a rather unstable job with no benefits or retirement plan. It would be foolish for someone to rely on YouTube as their main source of income since the cash flow could potentially dry up and end one day without any notice. If that were to happen, hopefully they have a backup plan in place. Otherwise one day when you see a homeless person begging for change, it could be an ex-YouTube star.
YouTube is owned by one of the richest companies in the world "Google". When you make a video the video will continue to earn even after that YouTuber has stopped. You can still earn through your channel.
haha I have one that get 226 views a day! its on 21,996 views and earns me a good 8 subs a day and £12 a day haha
