Stack Overflow isn't just about bugs, you can ask pretty much everything about coding. All they ask is to show what you have tried and what efforts you have put into finding a solution.

Personally, i would read tutorials, work on them and get help from stack overflow rather than looking for a forum which provide codes directly. Its a better way to learn coding. 🙂

It's actually my site & I've removed that section.
