Anyone loves Kimchi?

Have you ever tried Korean kimchi at a Korean place or a friend's? I love it personally, and it's marinated cabbage with Korean Kimchi sauce. And you personally? Koreans have it as a starter as the taste of it is pretty strong, sometimes spicy.

Years ago when a best friend I were much more into the sothern korea culture we went to a local Korean restaurant and it was one of the best meals I's had! I believe we followed it up with bibimap, if any one has had that also?

Oh, bibimbap is heavenly. I love that dish. And yes, I've had kimchi occasionally and found it quite good - usually with a bit of rice as it cuts the sharpness of the flavor. I understand many Koreans eat kimchi with rice as well, for that reason.

Oh yes, I had a friend who used to make Kimchi at home. I would always get a small share when ever she makes it. Pretty Good stuff!
