Anyone loves Steak?

I have mine medium rare from a restaurant called “Frites n Steak” with a steak sauce or tartare sauce.

I do like steak but I don't have it too often as it can be quite expensive. I tend to have my cooked through as I have always had a think about meat and it being even slightly raw.

I always prefer mine well done when I have it, but as I've gotten older, I've accepted medium well too since well done tends to be difficult for most places to do right.

I normally prefer mine medium well. I don't want it to "moo" at me when I cut into it but I don't want it ready for the urn either.
