Anyone loves Tartar?

I love the tartar sauce as well as salmon tartar. Not many like this. French do love it as an appetizer or main dish.

Jacket potato, tuna mayo, diced red onion and a drizzle of brown sauce. Sounds rank, tastes spectacular.

We used to make our own with mayo & relish, seasonings. Always tasted better than store-bought because we could tweak the recipe.
