Personally, I buy my jewelry, cosmetics and accessories there.

Yeah, I buy almost everything at Walmart, lol. I have the Walmart+ app and they deliver groceries directly to my door. It’s a sweet service, honestly.

Nope, It's boring

And that's the truth

I would prefer Target over Walmart, but the nearest Target is over 45 minutes away and the WalMart is about 10-12. So, I kind of am forced to like it.

we do not even have those over in the UK even that we might have an Walmart coming

No Way Meme GIF

I wouldn't say that I love Walmart, but I do shop there since I'm poor. 😛

You have Walmart. It’s called Asda. 😛

They've already been and gone. Walmart bought Asda 25 years ago with expectations of competing with some of our bigger supermarket chains but it didn't go well for them. They sold it off to a consortium a couple of years ago.

On a slightly different note, I just took a look at Walmart's prices. I thought we had it bad in the UK but food prices in the US are almost double. I know wages are generally higher but that came as a bit of a wake up call.

Walmart is sometimes cheaper on food...but not always. The cheaper place to shop is a store chain called Aldi. You have to bring your own bags in.

I hate Aldi. I always have to ask a sweet old woman for a quarter so I can get a buggie, lol.

You better raise an army 😀.

I think they have a monopoly in the US and so does Dollar General.

No offense to anyone working at these stores.

Or you can look around the parking lot for a stray cart 😀 LOL I forgot about the quarter situation...the nearest Aldi is about 45 minutes away.

I go there and also get cellphone minutes there. Of course, being in a more rural area, it's the replacement of a mall so it's a place to see people and feel engaged in the community.
