You've done a good job with the software appearance wise. I will say it doesn't really have a mybb feel to it. May be a good or bad thing.

Let’s hope it’s a good thing! Any needed plugins for myBB in 2018? Haven’t used it in years so not sure what’s still needed.

Why don't you combine the chat sites? Also I like the gaming site. ezeegaming used that theme back in 2012-2013.

I'm currently using MyBB, forum in signature. I don't think I'll ever use another forum software based on my experience with MyBB.

When I create forums I always use MyBB. I just like the look and feel of it from the back and front end. It's simple and clean. Check out HackForums. That's probably the biggest MyBB forum out there.

I've used MyBB in the past over the several years I was running forums. It was quite cool. It wasn't as advanced as phpBB especially being able to change individual permission sets to block a certain person from doing something (reading a forum, posting, private message etc) but it was quite easy to use.

That’s why I liked it the most. I can deal with things that are a little complex but I don’t like to. XD
