I came across this hosting in another forum and they seem to have good reviews in many site. Anyone have any experience with them?

From the looks of it, they look like reseller service in itself. They must have got some reseller package and trying to resell their hosting service.

Here's my issue with that site.

1. No about us page showing real people.
2. No contact form with address.
3. No real phones.

I can't trust such hosting companies.

I've never even heard of this company, but it looks like a decent looking web host. I really like their logo. I definitely can't recommend a company I've never dealt with though.

1) They have an About us but no real people
2) Yes no contact information
3) Yes i saw that.

@Cameron Taylor No problem 🙂

Pros:
  • I cannot find many negative reviews
  • WebHostingTalk speaks positively about them (not always the case!)
  • Many locations around the world
Cons:
  • Not sure how reliable reviews are
  • Reviews seem to be older
  • Their last Twitter post was November 2018
  • Their last Facebook post was November 2018

With all of this information I can only assume that they spent a lot of time on social media / reviews in the past, but have not done so recently. It makes me wonder if there was a change of ownership, or if maybe they fired their marketing team/person (maybe they have less customers than in the past?)... I personally would not host with them.

I know absolutely nothing about them, but I personally wouldn't go anywhere near them, then again, I'd much rather go for a real VPS+ with a reputable host (OVH, DigitalOcean, etc.) than suspicious quality shared any day.

And a good portion of the time, like with FP, you'll be using a shared host who literally runs off a dirt cheap OVH VPS or dedicated server. So, why not cut out the middle-man in that case and just go directly with the big name.

I am using their service for 2 months and they are really good. Their ticket replies are so professional and neat. Would i recommend them, not now as it is too early to suggest them. But will try them for few more months and update my experience here.

I think there are resellers and their service is really good. They don't have phone or live support but their ticket system is the best.

For different package is different, according to what kind of website you want to build, the higher price is not always better, suitable is best.

It is a wrong perception, however, that cheap web hosts entail poor quality of services because there are really, indeed, reputable web host providers that are offering affordable or cheap web hosting packages.

Are there set-up fees? If so, what are they – and are they waived for first-time subscribers?
