I really have alot of faith in you and your endeavours... I hope you pm me and tell me if you think I am telling you the truth, if not, it's okay. I Still believe you need to start up a better theme related forum. Your style is to casual and to "Normal" try to add more colors to sleek phpbb forum you have. Add some background color, spice up the layout and edges, and you will be pro in no time!

I agree with SpeakWhatsReal, you should definitely find a new theme for the forum! A new logo would be nice too, maybe one that is more rectangle than round, round themes are probably better for corporations than a forum.

The skin/theme is plain, it's rather default, it's old. Off-topic should be vibrant (maybe), it should stand out and be assertive. Right now, I don't feel as if I should join your forum; it doesn't feel welcoming.
