Usually I create some content before I advertise to the public. Things must be different for you.

Requesting 'newbie' packages or packages your site is allowed to get can often by helpful. FC is holding free packages and FP has packages suitable for new forums.

Anyway, once you have over 100 posts and 20 members, I'll join if members can promote their favourite smartphone apps or apps that they developed in their signatures.
