Yes, they have them either in clearance or open box section.

Or locked up so nobody steals them haha. Usually they have the box out and you bring it to the front and they give you the iPad for the box.

No, open box sections are where it's been opened by a previous owner.

I personally do not like the IPad, I would much rather go for the Android tablet or the Kindle Fire.

i dont get why people purchase such a thing when they already have a computer/ a laptop and a Phone they can use internet on
