First Impressions - (Out of 20)
Let me just say, this is one of the most original forum skins I've ever seen. It's different, but it in a good way. It's really cool. Your news banner is also unintrusize which I like. Your banner matches your skin well. Scrolling down, I think it would be nice if all your forums had descriptions instead of just a few. It looks uneven the way you have it, but that's a minor complaint and wouldn't stop me from liking your site. I also have a complaint about the "THE FORUM" section, but I'll go more into detail about that in the layout section.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
As I mentioned earlier, your skin is cool. It has a high-tech look which goes along with your forum's topic nicely. The only thing about the actual skin is that usually I'm able to easily tell what each icon before a topic means without having to check the key. On your forum, I had to check the key to find out what each block pattern means. That should be an easy fix though, if you could just swap out those images. What would be really cool is if you had Apple images or something there. Now, let's talk about how you have your forums layed out. You have TONS of forums, yet a lot of them don't have barely any posts. I would suggest evaluating which ones could be merged, and then deciding LATER if they need to be split again. Also, the Announcements forum should go at the top. That's where members are most likely to be reminded of it and read it. And your "Offenses and Bans" section could really intimidate members and scare new members off. Specific details about bans and warnings should be between the member and the staff member, not in the view of everyone.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
Based on the earliest posts, I'm going to assume your forum opened sometime in April. With that, you have 23 members and over 1K posts. That's fine for a new forum, it's really hard to judge this section when you have a new forum like yours.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Dude, you are EXTREMELY overstaffed. You have 23 members and 5 staff members. (3 of which are admins!) For a forum your age, that's way too overstaffed. I would quit hiring for quite a while. Remember - not every active member needs to be staff. Staff should be reserved for truly deserving members, and at one point you've got to stop hiring. I would strongly suggest you don't add any staff for a very long time.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
Your grammar was great. I could only find one mistake. In your banner there's no need for "place" to be capitalized. That's not a huge deal, and should be fairly simple to fix. Otherwise everything was fine.
