Has anyone thought about using Job Application Questions as App. Questions for hiring on a forum? I know the work experience is way different from online and real life, but the thing about interview questions is, the process is just like online. Some gets a filled application by someone they have never met in real life yet.
Many questions will help better understand the applicant, such as
How will you benefit our forum?
Do you see yourself as a long term employee?
If you were a utensil, what would you be and why?*
*: this is not a goofy question, that is really the most important question to be filled out, really.
