Try developing it into a site, and it can be valued more.

Nope, not really. If they have keywords in them, and if a domain let's say gets a lot of type-in traffic that's very valuable too.

Yeah! Things like adminforum or adminboard, etc will have more value, but honestly, when you use abbreviations in the domain like adminFC, people won't get a clue unless we say what it means.
If its "BB" then people know it stands for Bulletin board, but people won't find a meaning for "FC" unless you tell them (which is pointless).
