hi guys , Please Appraisal my New Domains , Domains are below,

9-k.org
Findcities.net

Thanks,
Sobi,

9-k.org is worth something but not nearly $22,000.

Yes it is 3 characters which is worth something, but since it's fresh and has no traffic or anything, it's near worthless as to what it could be.

Around $75 for 9-k.org
Around $15 for Findcities.net

Domain Fee for 9-k.org, why? You've got to market domains, to me, that's just another domain out there, if you stuck Google.com in my face 50 years ago, I would've just moved on, today, I would be pricing it in the billions because if the way it's been marketed 🙂 Ohh and I forget to type - in domains.

The domain is not worth anywhere near $22K. Value is not simply the letters it's how long it's been around, what it's part of and how ranked.

I can create three letter domain names all day, they are only worth what is paid to get them started until they are used and get known. All those little online, "Site Worth" checks people use, forget it.

If you think you will get $22k for the site, then put it on the market and see who makes the offer.

Below sums it up best:

For the end user, 9-k.org is useless and worthless. It's only worth what it can be turned into, but those who have the skill and potential to do so.

I'd range it from high $xx to low $xxx.

You can.. but gotta think of a really rare domain name

Right Ashely S. There are plenty of three letter options still out there. They are all young ones still think they can't learn from those of use who have been in the game awhile lol.

Truly the bottom line is, it's not worth $22K if that was case everyone would be in the business of creating domains... The part of the formula most forget is the the fact the domain has to be aged and known. In the rare cases a business who seeks out a name that is taken may in fact be willing to pay big bucks for a domain that has no history, then there is where the money is made when a large firm seeks you out not the other way around.

Just as Taz said with the big company thing. For Facebook.com I believe the previous site owner was paid around $200,000. However, that is simply because thefacebook.com was a huge site already.

9-k.org could be worth something, but for a 3 char (with a dash in it) it isn't worth THAT much as a standalone, hardly advertised domain.

Findcities.net could be utilized by a sort of search engine of sorts however, one must ask - how hard is it to find a city? Google would do the job just fine.

I'd say around original domain price for Findcities.net unless you can somehow find an already established business or person trying to start a business in that category.

9-k.org, I'd say could be worth more, but put it this way: If you offered me it for $5 I wouldn't buy it.
