Are 3k+ unique visitors a good sign?

I am having 3k+ unique visitors monthly
Is this a sign that my website is doing great?
I get 4.3k+ visits which basically is not a good sign?
Page views are 24k+

I get 12k-14k visits per month with 200k pageviews.

Actually , it is very good if you have 3K+ unique visitators , that is very important , your site grows up!
