I think there are more people who have some sort of online website account like e-mail, social network, forum, IRC, Usenet, ISP, Voice over IP telephone number/account, or other type of account online on a website or service on the web.

I never really met anonymous internet users who don't have any sort of account online like e-mail except maybe kids, and toddlers who are too young for their own e-mail and social network account, but I think some very young kids which can use a PC, read and write have e-mail and social networking accounts if their parents make one for them.

I guest computer newbies like some seniors, people who live in the 3rd world like Africa, small children, etc are more likely to be anonymous internet users with no online membership accounts of any kind.

No. Being online usually means you have some sort of accounts.
A big part of the internet is communication and you usually need an account to do that.

I have no accounts on the internet, I'm completely anonymous

except for the one you're using right now, that is. 😛

I'd imagine at least 80% of regular internet users have at least ONE kind of account.
