Are you afraid to reprimand your staff? I think some people will tolerate a little bit of bad if they need to hang onto their staff members. I know that I'm somewhat lenient.

I purposefully fire people to ensure I don't have a staff to anger.
Seems that I'm not afraid to take action if I have to protect members or have no choice to staff members and yet there are some people that I know or maybe been a staff for many years then hard to make that direction. Then again not afraid of it really. Backlash is what I'm or can worry about, or even long term friendship lost and gone.
