Are you color blind and designing? If so, what tools do you use to help you?

I wouldn't say I am completely colorblind but I do have some issues with some colors but it doesn't prevent me from working on graphics. I honestly didn't know that there were any tools out there, to be honest, that could help people who are color-blind but it has gotten me curious about what tools are available.
