hey all it's been a while. I'm currently on a positive attitude journey and trying to spread the vibe. So is anyone else interested in adapting a more positive mindset and bettering your living experience and perspectives?

No. I'm more of a realist. You have to be open to both positive and negative things. You can't just be one sided, you have to take the good with the bad and deal with things head on.

It's good to be positive, but driven by that would take ambition and effort into choices you or someone else might not want to make regardless.

Maybe I phrased what I was saying badly. I'm not against negativity. It's just trying to find the positive side of negative situations would definitely help in some way or the other. All I'm saying is that there is always bad and good but there is always the silver lining and isn't it better to look for that instead of being lost and allowing yourself to be consumed by the bad?

I respect that thought but isn't life about choices in any case? One way or another we are always presented choices be it big or small. In my opinion those who are making it out here didn't get there by chance or magic. It was by allowing themselves to move forward in the face of uncertainty and that's what trying to allow positive thinking into your life can do for you. I'm not saying always be positive. That's crazy. I'm just saying that looking for the good in the bad can help quite a bit.

I do think having a complete negative mind will make life very stressful. Worrying about every little thing that goes on is not healthy. I think it's more realistic and mature to pick and choose things to stress about. Like for example, I quit worrying about things that were beyond my control. If something small bugs me, I just remind myself not to worry about it. There's a lot of things I've had to repeatedly tell myself not to worry about.

But then ruining the bottom line even more in the process. There are a lot of job layoffs and underemployment. Saying someone was successful means the other side is there a more significant number of those understaffed environments as well as more women taking advantage of men through college education and the fact they have higher passing rates, to begin with. Favoritism is a real immoral condition in modern society leaving out the depressed and alone. The good is holding them accountable. Like all the corrupt never. Imagine all the choices so many people don't have.

That's great. I'm sure that changing that one thing has helped a lot with stress reduction

I'm just saying that what is thinking about all those negative things going to do for us? Yes you have valid points and it's all factual but with all the negative things taking place around the world and I know that it's unbelievably high.. thinking about them and stressing about them isn't going to change them. Just going to give us more headaches and pains.
We all have decisions and yes they might not be the ones we want but I do believe that if we trust in God or whatever you believe in the decisions available may just turn out to be what we needed.
