Is anyone still playing Skyrim when they're not playing anything else?

Picked up Skyrim on steam for £6.50 with all the DLC. Will play it once I get a new pc.

You're in for a treat. I'd say to start out with melee first or just use mods.

I still play Skyrim. The latest game that came out, Elder Scrolls: Online, seems crappy. Still such a good game, Skyrim is.

ESO was a great game if you go into it knowing that it's not ES VI. It's an MMO more than the Elder Scrolls, but still an amazing game!

To answer the question: not really. I played it for about 150ish hours and never really touched it again. I do have friends that got it at launch and still play it religiously though... I could never spend that much time on a game like Skyrim.

Yeah I guess, I just see it as a copycat of World of Warcraft though, i don't know. Thats just me. I'm not really an MMO guy anymore.

I'm still a Skyrim and always will be. lol

People have said this and it really irks me. World of Warcraft set the standard for MMOs, yes, but there are tons of MMOs that are similar to WoW. Take for instance Everquest, Everquest II, and SWTOR.

ESO is one of those MMOs that are completely different from WoW. Yes, the world is open, even more open than WoW, but that's any game. ESO forsakes the standard four or five action bars and uses just five action slots. The classes and skills are interchangeable and you're not bound to one weapon. You're allowed to be in five guilds, rather than one.

There are so many differences between ESO and WoW, you've just got to play it to see. 🙂

I never liked this game, I always though the graphics were pretty bad, and the mission were not that great as well. This game was definitely not for me.

@Twisted Fairytale I guess I should, my bad lol

@Lorcan Ohh, you're actually the first I've heard say that about Skyrim. I guess a lot of people prefer the older version like Oblivion better.

I picked it up in the steam sale a while back, haven't got around to playing it on the PC yet. I played it a lot on the xbox.

I put roughly 100 mods into Skyrim already I love this game too much.

I have my character modded to level 81 with the Breezehome in Whiterun starting out on a flash drive for when I start over.

I don't think I've ever played this. 😛

I know some people that do..I think.

Its nothing like Zelda I can tell ya that much.

That I can agree on, lol. I mainly have been playing Oblivion more lately mainly for the fact that the Daedra and the Daedra princes...... they're widely absent unless you're playing the Dragonborn DLC and that doesn't even begin to make up for it. I really had to go back and travel through some Oblivion gates and go to the Shivering Isles. Skyrim might be one of the greatest games ever. But it still doesn't have what Oblivion or Morrowind did. All 3 games are great in their own right.
