Ares Ultra problems!!!!

Anyone here use Ares Ultra for downloading moves, TV shows and music? I recently joined www.TheMovieDownloads.com and this is the software they give you once you are a member. I have installed it but it never connects. It just says <Connecting> all the time but doesn't actually connect. I have checked my firewall and made Ares Ultra an exception for the firewall as it won't connect if it is on and it still doesn't work. I have googled this as well and it is happening to a lot of people. I have sent an e-mail to the technical support on the movie downloads and awaiting their reply but was wondering if any of you have had the same problem and know how to fix it?

Meaning i have heard of the site but i use other sites, mainly because things like that use malicious software like what you downloaded. Just stick to streaming, like all my sites i stream. So no i don't know the answer to it.
