Number Of Members: (marked out of 10) I saw that you only had 16 members. That is really not that good, but I guess I can see that if your forum is new. What I suggest you do here is go to some more promotion sites and post a topic about your forum. You could really get some more active members. I also suggest that you start doing some contests, like a referral one, where you give someone a prized for getting a certain amount of members. For Number of Members I give you a 3/10.
Number Of Active Members: (marked out of 10) I see that you do not have that many active members, and you have most of the posts. I do not think that is a good start to a forum like yours. Here is what I think you should do here. You should get another contest going, like who can post the most in a period of time. This will help you because you can offer like VIP on your forum and people might want to post some more. You could also try to find some good promoters that will be helpful to find some good and active members. For Number of Active Members I give you a 2/10.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (marked out of 10) I see that you have only 109 posts. If the forum is new, like a week old that is ok. But if you guys have been open for a month that is pretty bad. Well, for this part I think you should find 2 good active moderators that post quality and know how to run a forum.
