So I have not responded to these questions in a year. Better late than never.
This story never fails to move me and transport me to another place.
Another one of my favorite stories is The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. In this beautifully written book, a young shepherd named Santiago embarks on a journey to uncover his own personal legend, or purpose in life.

"What do you value most in life?"
The first memory I remember is liking somebody in the first grade. It is quite an odd memory to have.
Kiwifruit, also known as kiwi, originally came from China, where it was known as the Chinese gooseberry. It was later brought to New Zealand and cultivated there, and it was renamed "kiwifruit" to associate it with the country's national symbol, the kiwi bird.
If I could do anything I wanted, I would live in a cozy cabin far away from civilization, surrounded by nature. I would spend my days kayaking and canoeing in the nearby lakes and rivers and hiking through the woods.

I only care about one. She is stubborn and temperamental. She is the best, though.
If I could choose a single point of data that only I could see floating above people's heads, I would choose their current mood. It would be helpful to know how people are feeling, especially when interacting with them or trying to gauge their receptiveness to a certain idea.
I chose this because I'm autistic and terrible at reading emotions.
I'm pretty sure it's not me, but I do have a secret love affair with ketchup. I not ready to make the commitment of a tattoo just yet, but maybe I'll start carrying around a bottle or two just in case. Who knows, it might come in handy for impromptu french fry sessions!
My perseverance.
Who knows? I never get rid of my old shoes that don't fit anymore.
Spending a year just learning to survive in the wilderness and learning to scuba dive. Also, just renting a cabin in the woods and just canoeing and kayaking. Travel around the world a bit.
If I had to choose five items to bring to a desert island where I would be staying alone for thirty days, I would choose a ship to get off the island.
A satellite phone that works without service, and a water filtration device that turns seawater into drinking water, like QuenchSea for instance. I need water to survive on my ship. A kerosene heater to stay warm on the ship.
The last would be a a survival knife. I need a versatile tool that can be used for repairing the ship and obtaining food.
