Some illnesses. While not totally avoidable, they can at least be kept at bay.

Honestly, I've never really had a bad experience since I joined here are decade ago.

I'm not much of a classic music fan, but I suppose it would depend on what I'm in the mood for.

Be able to lift heavy objects without killing my back (I have scoliosis which is a curvature of the spine. Not bad enough for surgery yet but it can and does get painful)

I have that too. I don’t get a lot of pain with it, just tightness and stiffness.

I get back aches with mine. Nothing terrible, and they definitely are never bad to the point where I can't function at all. I take ibuprofen during the day and Tylenol pm at night if it still hurts, which thankfully isn't often
