I love going for walks and outdoor adventure sports - kayaking, white water rafting, rock climbing! I'm quite lucky in that I live quite near a large national park, so I try and get out on a walk at least one afternoon a week
My longest hike was probably over three days and it was up Ben Nevis/the Three Peaks in Scotland. Took it very slowly though and enjoyed the walking and camping each day 🙂
