What's the hardest part of running and forum?

I'm assuming this is supposed to be 'running a forum'. & That is running it. Everything is hard. Having time to manage it, knowing how to manage it, and all that kind of stuff.

As an admin, it's all the back end of stuff that takes up the time, from errors to errors to bugs to bugs.
