What’s the one thing you would like to change about yourself?
Honestly, in person I'm very over the top.
I get loud and argumentative, at work I've been called out for being too bossy/my way of the highway. In my day to day life family mostly tell me I come off as aggressive, my wife seems to think the reason I have a hard time making a lot of friends is people find me slightly intimidating (though she loves it when she has a complaint at a shop/restaurant, because I always make sure we get what we want/are owed.)
I'd tone down my personality a bit, though I'd like to stay at least a little bit assertive and continue to take no bullshit at the same time - continue teaching my kids that there's nothing wrong with being a tough nut to crack.

Do you feel that it's hard to strike a balance between being assertive and being calm?
Absolutely.
I don't really care/know. I'd have to ask my wife, she knows about tech and stuff.
One that calls/texts and I can do banking on. That's all I know/need.
