Mark Levin proposed on the radio today that the constitution be amended to remove the requirement that congressional vote to go to war. According to him, we need to be able to take quick action, and not signal to our enemies before we attack, in this age of instant communication and ballistic missiles. Agree or disagree?

I actually 100% disagree with that statement, personally. The idea of an urgent attack is already protected by The War Powers Resolution that was passed under Nixon (and which Bush was able to use as justification for Iraq; which is the best example of an urgent situation).The idea that one person can singlehandedly send us to war is a fairly terrifying thought. It kind of ruins the whole point of three branches of government, I think.

Depends on your definition of an "inside job" - I fully believe that the government knew 9/11 was going to happen, but I don't believe that they themselves did it.

I don't think it's real. I just don't think the government has a good reason to do something like that. The World Trade Center was an iconic building around the world (hints why it was targetted by terrorists), and there was no reason for the "shadow government" to remove it.
